While browsing the beach hoping to find anything usable, I reckoned that at the particular spot I was standing lay loads of pieces of glass (you know, the ones eroded
by sea, the beautiful green-coloured ones). My thought started to combine them whith an idea I already had for a long time..For a year now, I've been making jewellery
out of waste soda cans. In Holland, they are the opposite of hard to find, but here, where I live now, they are rare. It actually took me a long time to find an amount of cans (2..) large enough to go and experiment with
(of course I could have just bought them at the local store but part of my idea was 'to create something out of nothing').

think they look better IRL). For me, the glass details kind of 'finish' it, and I'm coming up with new designs every day (from necklaces to earrings, from bracelets to key- or bagaccessories). I'm
particularly glad they turn out to be not that sharp at all and I'm already selling some to familymembers and friends etc! So, if you're interested.. ;)
